Enrollment

How do I sign up?

Visit a participating NAPA AUTO PARTS store, provide the counterperson your mobile phone number, and you will be automatically registered into the program. A link to Rewards.NAPAOnline.com and an activation code will print out on your receipt. Use that to complete your online profile and receive $5 off your next NAPA purchase.

Is there a fee to participate in the program?

There is no fee to participate in NAPA Rewards.

Is there a rewards card that I have to carry?

Not at all. NAPA rewards is a digital cardless program.

Can I register multiple credit cards?

Yes! Once you've registered in store and completed your online profile, you can register up to 5 credit or debit cards. You can register Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. It doesn't matter which credit or debit card you use, as long as the credit card you use is one that you've registered with NAPA Rewards.

Can I register a debit card?

Yes, as long as your participating NAPA accepts PIN-based debit you can use the debit card as a debit transaction. If your participating NAPA Store does not accept PIN-based debit, they will process your debit card as a credit transaction.

Can I register with cash?

Yes, just provide the counterperson your mobile phone number.

Can I register with a check?

At this time only cash and debit/credit card customers are eligible to enroll.

Will I earn Points using cash as well as a debit or credit card?

Yes. When paying with cash make sure to mention you're a NAPA Rewards member to the counterperson.

What happens if I visit the store without a registered debit or credit card?

If your card is not registered with NAPA Rewards, you will need to provide your mobile phone number when checking out. We'll automatically associate your account with the card.

My spouse and I share the same credit card. What should we do?

You can only have one account per credit or debit card. So you will need to pick one of you to register for NAPA Rewards. Good news is that two people shopping at NAPA with the registered card means you should reach your rewards faster.

Why do you need my credit or debit card information?

We attach your account to one or more of your registered credit or debit cards so you do not have to carry an additional card to participate in NAPA Rewards. You simply need to pay with one of your registered credit or debit cards at a participating NAPA to earn a Point.

Do you share my personal information or transaction history with others?

No, NAPA does not share customer information with third parties. Your information is only used for managing the NAPA Rewards program.

Is my credit card Information safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard “SSL” (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and PCI DSS requirements to protect the confidentiality of your personal credit card information. Our privacy policy ensures that your information is secure and private.

Is NAPA Rewards available at all NAPA stores?

No, not at this time. See the 'My Locations' section to find a participating store near you..

My NAPA store doesn't participate in the program, but I want to be a part of NAPA Rewards? What can I do?

If your NAPA store is not currently participating, please sign up for a NAPA Online account. We'll notify you via email when stores in your area launch the program.

Is there someone I can talk with if I have questions?

Earning Points

How do I earn a Point?

Earning Points is easy! Once you have enrolled in NAPA Rewards you will automatically earn a Point each time you spend at least $1 with your registered card(s). You will know when you have earned a Point right away. On the bottom of your receipt a message will be printed “Congrats, you have earned a Point.”

Can I earn points for purchases on NAPAonline.com?

Not at this time.

Can I use earned rewards for multiple purchases in one day?

Yes. Each purchase of $1 or more will earn Points. You can earn multiple points in one transaction.

Do I get a Point even if I do not meet the required minimum spend amount?

No. You are required to spend a minimum of $1 in order to receive a Point.

How long does it take a Point to show up in my account?

Immediately. You do not have to do anything different. Just pay for your purchase with your registered credit or debit card card! Point(s) will be awarded directly to your account immediately, and this information will be printed out on your receipt.

Do customers receive rewards points as a result of a Napa gift card purchase?

No. The program is not set up to award Points for Napa card purchases.

I have a gift card. Will I receive points using a gift card for payment?

No. The program is not set up to award Points for purchases using gift cards.

Can I get points at NAPA AutoCare Centers?

Unfortunately not. At this time, the NAPA Rewards program is only available in participating NAPA AUTO PARTS stores.

Where can I see and keep track of my Point activity?

Your NAPA Rewards Point activity summary is located under the “My Rewards” tab. You can find your detailed activity, such as transactions, Points earned, and Rewards information.

I did not get a Point on my receipt at the store? What should I do?

First confirm the following:

  • That you used a registered card.
  • That you purchased a minimum of $1.
If you met all the above requirements and did not receive a Point please contact NAPA Rewards at 1-800-LET-NAPA (1-800-538-6272), Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Monday - Friday.

Earning Rewards

How do I earn a Reward?

Make purchases to accumulate points. Once you've earned 100 Points, you will receive a $5 Reward. When you are ready to redeem your Reward, visit your participating NAPA Store and pay with the card you've registered with NAPA Rewards. The $5 Reward amount will be automatically deducted from your total and will display as a Reward on your receipt. You will know exactly where you stand by visiting your NAPA Rewards account to see how many more Points you need. We will also email you a monthly NAPA Rewards summary. It doesn't get any easier than that!

Do Rewards Expire?

Yes. Rewards expire 90 days from the time they were earned.

How do I redeem a Point Reward?

You do not have to do anything different. Just pay for your purchase with your registered credit or debit card! Your reward will be discounted directly off your purchase price in real time - it will even print the discount right on your receipt!

Will my rewards be applied to purchases on NAPAonline.com?

Not at this time.

What is the minimum spend amount?

The minimum spend amount is simply the amount you must spend to earn a Point or redeem a NAPA Rewards Point Reward. This is a minimum of $1 to earn a Point Reward, and 100 Points to earn a $5 discount.

Is there a limit on how many rewards can be redeemed per day?

No, but you are limited to one reward redemption, per transaction.

Where can I find out how long ago a Reward was earned?

You can find out how long ago a Reward was earned On the My Rewards page.

Does the balance of anything over $1 immediately apply towards next purchase/punch/reward?

No, it is lost.

I did not get the discount on my receipt at the store? What should I do?

First confirm the following:

  • That you used a registered card.
  • That you purchased a minimum of $5.

I shop at multiple NAPA stores. Can I accumulate and redeem rewards at multiple stores?

Yes, as long as the stores participate in the program. At this time, not all stores participate.

Returns

What happens if I return all or part of a previous purchase?

Your account will be adjusted for the appropriate amount of points based on what you actually returned for a refund at a participating NAPA location. Points will be deducted at a rate of 1 Point for every $1 increment for the returned / credited amount.

What happens if I have a reward pending at the time of returning a previous purchase?

If the adjustment falls below the required 100 Point level for the Reward your account will reflect the new adjusted balance and the Reward will be inactive until you reach the 100 Point level again.

What happens if I have already redeemed a Reward and then returned all or part of a previous purchase?

Since you have already redeemed the Reward from your previous level having achieved the required 100 Points, your next level may reflect requiring more than 100 Points if the adjusted amount of the return / refund dropped you back to the previous Reward level.

When will I see my points/rewards deducted?

You will see your points and/or rewards deducted the next day.

What happens if I am not using my registered card to make a return?

It is NAPA's policy to only issue a refund with the card that was used for purchase.

My Profile & Preferences

What information do I need to provide when I complete my profile online?

To complete your online profile, you will need to provide your name, email address, physical address and phone number. You will also need to establish a password that is easy for you to remember.

I deactivated my account by mistake, and I had Points on it. Can I get my Points back?

No. Once you have deactivated your account, you will lose all activity. Any pending NAPA Rewards and/or Points will be deleted. You can start over by creating a new account.

What if I canceled my (NAPA Rewards) registered Credit or debit card Card?

Don't worry. Because NAPA Rewards tracks your Points and Rewards with your account information, none of your Rewards, activity or Point will be lost. If you canceled a credit or debit card card that was registered with NAPA Rewards, simply log into your account and register your new card or a different card to continue to earn Point and Rewards. You also can delete your old card to free up another slot for additional cards (you may register up to 5 cards). In order to do this, just visit your “My Account” and then click the “My Credit Cards” area. Once you arrive here you can add and delete cards.

Can I use a different credit card or register more than 1 card?

Absolutely. Just make sure that you register each card before you use it. You can register up to 5 cards on the “My Credit Cards” page.

Can I update my email address?

Yes. Just login and select “My Account” from the pull-down menu, click the Edit Email link and follow the prompts to change your email address.

Can I update my password?

Yes. Just login and select “My Account” from the pull-down menu. From there, you can reset your password.

How do I reset my Password / I forgot my Password?

Go to Rewards.NAPAonline.com and select “My Account” from the pull-down at the top of your page, click Reset Password link, and follow the prompts to reset your password. If you cannot login to the website, you can simply click “Forgot my Password” at the login screen and then confirm your email or phone number. We will send you a temporary password via email or text. Use it to log back in to the site and setup your new password.

How do I update my password and preferences?

Login to your account and select “My Account” from the pull-down menu. From there, you can update your user preferences.

Can I review my transaction history online?

Yes. Login and select “Rewards.” All transaction history will be displayed.

Will you share my personal information with anyone?

No. We will not share your personal information with any third parties.

Can I turn email notifications on/off?

Yes, you can change your email notifications settings in ‘Edit Account’ or when changing your email address in ‘Change Email’.

Can I turn text notifications on/off?

Yes, you can change your text notification settings in ‘Edit Account’ or when changing your mobile number in ‘Change Mobile’.
